Kegon Falls
Kegon falls with a height of 95 meters is located at Chuzenji Lake, Nikko National Park, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. The inventor of this waterfall is a monk named Shodo Shonin.
Air terjun Kegon dengan ketinggian 95 meter ini terletak di Danau Chuzenji, Taman Nasional Nikko, Prefektur Tochigi, Jepang. Penemu air terjun ini adalah seorang biarawan yang bernama Shodo Shonin.
This waterfall is one of the three most famous waterfalls in Japan, such as Nachi Waterfall and Waterfalls Fukuroda. From the top of the Kegon waterfall, tourists can go down to the bottom of the falls using the elevator. Spring is the perfect time to visit these attractions.
Air terjun ini adalah salah satu dari tiga air terjun yang sangat terkenal di Jepang, seperti Air terjun Nachi dan Air terjun Fukuroda. Dari puncak air terjun kegon, wisatawan bisa turun ke dasar air terjun dengan menggunakan lift. Musim semi adalah waktu yang tepat untuk mengunjungi obyek wisata ini.
The waterfall is formed after the Daiya River flow changes its direction due to lava flow caused by the eruption of Mount Nantai. A number of smaller waterfalls located on the left-right and rear of the main waterfall with water coming from the rock cracks.
Air terjun ini terbentuk setelah aliran Sungai Daiya berubah arah karena aliran lava yang disebabkan oleh letusan Gunung Nantai. Sejumlah air terjun yang lebih kecil berada di samping kiri-kanan dan belakang air terjun utama dengan air yang berasal dari batuan retak.
